Local Printing

The Java Image Viewer that is used to view document images is also used to print items to a local printer.  If you can view document images, you should be able to print them using this site's print functions.  Click the 'Browser Test' link in the menu at left to see if you meet the Java Runtime and JavaScript requirements of this web site.  Further instructions about Java and JavaScript can also be found there.

Features:
Print Index Lists, Real Estate Details, or Images to a home or networked printer:
Remembers your Page Setup between print jobs.

Note: Local Printing is not supported in browsers other than Internet Explorer.
While the local printing functions may work in a non-IE browser, no guarantee is made about its stability or user-friendliness.

Known Issues
  - Large index list print jobs can take up to 20 seconds or more to generate before your print job will start.  Currently the status column will show 'Complete' as soon as the print job is started, not when it actually completes.  Wait a few seconds to see if the blue progress indicator starts moving before asking for a re-print.  A patch is in progress to address this issue.
  - 'Waiting for previous print to finish' message when attempting to view an image.  Typically this can be resolved by updating your print drivers.

If you still experience difficulty, follow the steps below to clear the cached files from your computer.

3) From within Windows Explorer, navigate to the c:\documents and settings\<your logon name> and delete the viewONE folder
4) If the folder exists, from within Windows Explorer, navigate to the c:\program files\java\<JVM version>\classes folder and delete all the contents

If you are using the Microsoft JVM:
