Instructions:
  IE 6 and the .NET Framework are available via Microsoft's Windows Update web site or the  Microsoft Download web site.

  The setup program to configure the Extended Security Permissions is available via the download link above.  You must be logged into an administrative account in order to successfully complete this setup.  Click the download link and either 'Open' the file directly or 'Save' the file and then open the saved file later to start the setup wizard.  The setup wizard will guide you through the setup process.  Once successfully complete, your computer will be able to use the local printing features of this web site.

  The Extended Security Permissions configuration may be removed at any time using your computers 'Add/Remove Programs' option in the Control Panel.
